What is the best way to start your day? Often it doesn't take much time to be full of satisfaction in the morning. With just a few ingredients and a little effort, you can conjure up a bowl full of pleasure and happiness. Even those who don't like breakfast will have their hearts beating faster with this high-energy bowl.

1 banana (2/3 in the smoothie, the rest as a topping)

½ mango

50gr. blueberries

50gr. Strawberries

Chia seeds as needed

50gr. puffed amaranth

50gr. Crunchy granola

 

  1. Peel the banana and cut into small pieces
  1. Put berries and mango as well as 2/3 of the banana and your favorite Suddenrush (Medium, Strong, X-Strong) in the blender
  1. Toppings of the smoothie bowl - here you can let off steam according to your taste! Fresh fruits, roasted nuts, flax seeds, a little honey ... anything that tastes good and goes well is allowed.
