What is the best way to start your day? Often it doesn't take much time to be full of satisfaction in the morning. With just a few ingredients and a little effort, you can conjure up a bowl full of pleasure and happiness. Even those who don't like breakfast will have their hearts beating faster with this high-energy bowl.
1 banana (2/3 in the smoothie, the rest as a topping)
½ mango
50gr. blueberries
50gr. Strawberries
Chia seeds as needed
50gr. puffed amaranth
50gr. Crunchy granola
- Peel the banana and cut into small pieces
- Put berries and mango as well as 2/3 of the banana and your favorite Suddenrush (Medium, Strong, X-Strong) in the blender
- Toppings of the smoothie bowl - here you can let off steam according to your taste! Fresh fruits, roasted nuts, flax seeds, a little honey ... anything that tastes good and goes well is allowed.
